HUGE! This hyper detailed model of the Starship Enterprise is almost 3 feet long.
Note: If you're interested in a lighted build of this model, see this page.
Check out a gallery of images of a NCC-1701-A build here.
You can request a build of either the NCC-1701 Refit (from Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Star Trek II, Star Trek III) OR the NCC-1701-A (Star Trek IV - VI).
This very cool model features several detailed interior sections:
Officers Lounge |
Arboretum |
Shuttle Bay |
You can request which shuttles are included and whether you want them glued down to the shuttle bay floor.
I also use photo etch details produced by Paragrafix to enhance the accuracy of the model. Included with these photo etch pieces are 1:350 scale crew members, which I will include in the interior detail sections (unless you request that I exclude them).
This is by far the most requested model I offer. I group builds of the ship into "waves" in which I construct several (as many as four) simultaneously. When a new build is commissioned, it's put into the queue in the order it was commissioned. At the time you contact me to commission the build, I will discuss with you the estimated timeframe.
Shipping
This is a very large and heavy model, which accounts for the shipping/handling cost. It will be packaged professionally, very carefully to prevent damage. Because this model is not only very large but fragile, I have found the safest way to ship it is via freight. (Here's more information about why I do not ship via other methods.) I can get you an estimate of the cost to ship to your location.
I have several payment options, including installments (requiring a down payment covering the cost of the model, supplies, etc.). Please contact me directly to inquire about purchasing this build with a payment plan.
You may also pay in full upfront if you wish (not including the shipping cost, as it can change between the time of commissioning and completion of the build, and must be calculated based on your location).
Price: $1500.00 + shipping TBD
